DIRECTIONS
Adults and children 12 yr or older: Take 1 to 2 teaspoons, diluted with twice its volume of water two to three times per week. If results are not obtained, the frequency may be increased to 1 or 2 teaspoons daily. Take at bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or health products. Children under 12 yr, consult a doctor before use.
